GBI love my Gardyn I love my Gardyn! There is something very satisfying to know that what I’m producing is starting to provide the freshest greens that I’ve ever had. I am also loving the learning process about how hydroponic gardening works. Can’t wait to pick up a second unit for berries!

CAGardyn 2.0...it's broken, again... I'm a Gardyn 2.0 owner and I've had 3 pumps fail in my 2 years of ownership--on my second lid replacement and I can confirm this practice of offering customers discounts on new lids post expiration of warranty. I'm going to try installing a small pump and place it on a Meross smart plug/GFI. Maybe it saves my investment / crops while we look for some better executed solutions Update: The alternate approach worked...don't buy the 2.0 version if you can avoid it!

GBWater sensor failures, poor design 3rd lid. Water sensor is a POS and is not replaceable, requires replacement of entire lid. Usually fails after 13 months once warranty expires. Edit 1/2. They called me today and offered to make it right with either a refurbished lid or a discount on the Gardyn 3.0. The customer service was excellent albeit it a bit reactionary to the review, nevertheless I am satisfied. My advice is not to buy the Gardyn 1.0, several items have been upgraded since that time that will likely fail on you. Go for the new one.

GBWe were excited to get our gardyn set… We were excited to get our gardyn set up but sad to discover that the app& WiFi can’t connect to our house WiFi because it’s too fast… surprising that even the 2.0 system is limited to operating on such old tech specs! Hoping that just the preset programs will get the job done (it needs a 2.4ghz system and anyone who has upgraded has 5.0 ghz).

GBOverall Overall, I am very pleased with my Gardyn. Seeds were very slow to germinate, company should include suggestions found on facebook that include 'tenting' the whole unit. My packages arrived ripped with holes in the boxes, good luck for me nothing was damaged. Others have post about receiving damaged boxes. Suggest company consider changing shipping carrier. Monthly membership fees too expensive. After about 10 weeks, everything is growing great.
