5 stars all the way! So this is why i give them 5 stars. I have never owned or put together components for a keg. Everything they sent me was so simple and well thought out for the customer take on. Their youtube videos are very helpful and precise if you need a visual to help you along. I got my keg up and going but was still not right. Their customer service is fantastic and I will keep coming back to these guys all day long for any supplies and advice. One stop shop.

Fast, accurate, and personal touch. I ordered a new CO2 regulator and manifold, and within an hour received an email back from the head of the company thanking me for my order and letting me know it would ship as soon as possible. Pricing seemed to be fair, the items arrived well-packed and in good condition, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. My only complaint is that I never received a tracking number or confirmation when the items actually shipped. But given that it arrived quickly and accurately, I don't mind too much.

Great first impression! I am building a cold room in my garage and needed a new wall mounted drip tray. After a bit of research, I found a good price for the exact item I needed at Keg Outlet so, I placed my order. Excellent Customer Service This being my first experience with crating a home bar, I was looking for an affordable co2 keg system. The website offered a variety of options, as well as explained how the system worked. I had a few questions I submitted via email and all were replied within a few minutes, or the next business day. Only complaint was that the 5% discount you get for joining their mailing list negates the ability to select the flat rate $9.99 shipping option. Perhaps for someone who is purchasing a more expensive option can afford the savings.

Great, personalized service I'm new to home brewing/kegging and inherited an old pin lock corny keg and CO2 tank/regulator from an uncle. Keg Outlet had everything I needed to restore my kegging setup and get me off and running at the best prices I could find on the Internet. Within 12 hours, I received an email from the president of Keg Outlet himself notifying the the order was in process. Within 24 hours, I got another email from the presidentt that the order was marked shipped. Prices and shipping are reasonable. Order arrived as expected. What more could you ask for.
