Great communicaition I was immediately contacted by the company confirming my order. I was told it would ship in a couple days and two days later I received the shipping confirmation. The only reason I did not give five stars is that it took a couple days to ship. Overall, very happy with the order, check out, and follow up communication.

Love the Brew Bucket! Received my brewbucket on Friday. Used it immediately that night as a bottling/kegging bucket - I know its primary design is as a fermenter, but the spigot makes it great for racking beer, too. Today I brewed a new batch of beer and its in the bucket now fermenting. It's just easy. Easy to clean and sanitize. Easy to seal with the 4 spring loaded clamps. And easy to move with the handles. After 20 years I am done with glass carboys and siphons! Keg Outlet are great to deal with. Good communication and personal connection with the owners. I also bought a corny keg from them at a very reasonable price and in great condition.

Amazing Service Great products, amazing service! Needed some particular kit (5 head secondary regulators and 8" stainless steel shanks). Placed an order with a note explaining my (short timeline) situation. Immediately got an email from Brendan. He assembled and shipped what he could. He contacted the manufacturer to secure additional stock and arranged shipment direct to me to meet my timeline. And kept in communication the entire time. Amazing experience. Good Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.
