Had and Issue - Handled Well I ordered a conical fermenter the unfortunately was not eligible for a 5% discount. The company emailed me an explanation why within a few hours and actually gave me the 5% (which was unnecessary). They are a little difficult to get a hold of on the phone, but I really like supporting small businesses. I received my shipping info within 2 days of placing the order. It is easy to say you give great customer service but it is harder to actually deliver. Keg Outlet does indeed deliver I will order from them again.

Great, personalized service I'm new to home brewing/kegging and inherited an old pin lock corny keg and CO2 tank/regulator from an uncle. Keg Outlet had everything I needed to restore my kegging setup and get me off and running at the best prices I could find on the Internet. Within 12 hours, I received an email from the president of Keg Outlet himself notifying the the order was in process. Within 24 hours, I got another email from the presidentt that the order was marked shipped. Prices and shipping are reasonable. Order arrived as expected. What more could you ask for. Will definitely buy from Keg Outlet again.

Good Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.
