Had and Issue - Handled Well I ordered a conical fermenter the unfortunately was not eligible for a 5% discount. The company emailed me an explanation why within a few hours and actually gave me the 5% (which was unnecessary). They are a little difficult to get a hold of on the phone, but I really like supporting small businesses. I received my shipping info within 2 days of placing the order. It is easy to say you give great customer service but it is harder to actually deliver. Keg Outlet does indeed deliver I will order from them again.

Business Changing Stuff! The Keg Outlet guys have been exceptional. We are an Australian cold brew company + some time ago were looking for a simple solution to scale up our brew facility. Amazing Service, Great Products Had a great experience from end to end. The team here answered all my questions, and even followed up on my order to let me know I'd chosen all the right components for my system. They were in touch promptly about a back ordered product, with a solution. I had some freight damage on delivery (totally not their fault), and they went above and beyond to solve that as well. Good Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.
