Poor customer service! I currently have a problem with a recent order. I called, explained the problem, and was assured someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day. I spoke with Brian, who asked me to email him some information. I did so, and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later, and I still have no communication from the company. This is certainly not good customer service. I will not be placing an order with them again.

I recently purchased a case of Austin… I recently purchased a case of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga Wine. After delivery I realized that the wine was not what I ordered. After emailing Saratoga they responded that I should email an attachment of my receipt and photos of the wine bottles and a screenshot of their catalog page. What I ordered and what I received was completely different and mislabeled and misrepresented. They would not admit the mislabeling but said I could return the case and charge a restocking fee and return shipping. The loss to me was not worth it so I kept the wine I didn’t order.

Looking for rare French wines I was looking for a rare French wine (not everyone knows and like) - the Côte du Jura , a savagnin grape. I found it here, and exactly the one I currently drink when in France! Found also another wine - Madiran - not very known either. They prepared my order diligently and I received the wine quickly, perfectly packed. I opened a first bottle and confirm: It is good!
