Great, quick service New York Grocery is a fast go-to service for our office needs on a weekly basis. Their turnaround on delivery times are prompt and expeditious. However, sometimes their products selections are limited and fresh produce are sparse. At times, when fresh fruit is delivered, it doesn't always come as pictured - our last batch of pears and bananas were a tad rotten and seemed bruised from transit.

Customer service responded quickly and I was able to arrange for the delivery, that arrived at his office a few hours later. Thank You for the very prompt reply and solution.

They went above and beyond. I ordered tulips to be delivered asap as a surprise. While the web site said they were in stock, I soon received a phone call stating that they were out of tulips. Although communication was very challenging due to background noise, I left it to the merchant to be creative - but to include some roses. Then the delivery person ran into issues when the recipient was unexpectedly not home. I received another immediate call, and not only did the delivery person find a decent hiding spot, but they sent me photos of the spot to be sure I thought it would work. It did, and, in the end, the gorgeous arrangement was picked up and on the table.

Fanstastic service and even a follow up email to ensure the person received them as it was delivered to the doorman as she did not answer the phone.The flowers were exactly per the picture – if not better, wrapped so elegantly at the bottom. Good selection, excellent customer support and quick turnaround I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card. My onsite staff received the kegs on time without any issues. Overall great experience i would definitely use this again.
