Amazing online customer service! I was having some trouble confirming an online order so I used the "Chat with us" option in the lower right hand corner of my browser. I immediately received a response from "Chatty" who was prepared and ready to assist me! Chatty stayed online to insure that my order was processed accurately. Better than FreshDirect in that you can order 24/7 and receive your order within 90 minutes!! And you can call to ask questions and speak to a real person. Produce is great, general prices aren't bad and there are always specials. Thank you, New York Grocery, for making Manhattan life feel like friendly, small-town living.

Great service and products They truly "deliver" the goods. They indicate they try and fill the orders within two hours and they actually do get the orders out within that timeframe. Much faster than say Fresh Direct. The groceries are all packed well, no issues. All in all very reliable, fast service here in NYC.
