Stay away... Our experience with VPS has been very poor. Every time they do an upgrade something stops working or gets broken on our website.

I needed to access our DNS servers to… I needed to access our DNS servers to install a TrueShield by a third party security service. I submitted a case with VPS.net for instructions to locate the DNS Server. In less than minutes, we had the location and completed our task. Since Sept 2018, every ticket that we have submitted with VPS.net has been solved with this speed. We moved our web server from another hosting company in 2018 and have been extremely with our decision to select VPS.net. I highly recommend VPS.net for web hosting services, for their support and reliability.

One of the best provider in terms of… One of the best provider in terms of support service it is better than AWS. As every one knows AWS free support replies very late and cannot help in server related stuff until paid.

Good service, maybe a little understaffed It took Amit a while to come online. He was 5 *'s, but it took a while to get there, which suggests that he's taking good care of people, but y'all might be a little light on the staff. He definitely got right on the problem and sorted it out, with a helpful attitude.

I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but… I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but learning thanks to UK2.nets knowledge base but when I contact Support as I have done twice today the response is always fast, friendly and they sort out the issues and importantly show you how they have done it, so always learning.
