GBAMAZING Customer Service! I ordered the advent calendar for my husband this year and, unfortunately, a few of the vials broker during shipping. I contacted Flaviar and Spela was super helpful! They shipping out new packaging for the advent calendar and a few of their tasting trios to help replace the broken vials. Everything arrived quickly and my husband loooooooved the gift. He looks forward to opening a new whiskey every night. Thank you so so much for the quick response time and helping to rectify the situation! I couldn't recommend the service and products more!

GBI have really enjoyed my Flaviar membership! I have really enjoyed my Flaviar membership and their service. They have always sent me very good and interesting liquor. I have been able to try many different types and brands of liquor that in some cases I had never heard of. If you would like to sample various types of tequila, scotch, bourbon, etc, Flaviar can and will provide you with many flavorful options.

GBCustomer service is superb Customer service is superb. My wife got me a subscription for Christmas. I use the subscription and the delivery came very quickly. One of the samples in the subscription was near empty while the bottle was intact and the seal was not broken. On a Saturday, customer service got back to me within a half hour with a great apology. Definitely going to be a longstanding customer.
