GBThis company seems to have some very… This company seems to have some very significant integrity issues. Got a subscription from my kids for Christmas 2023. The first shipment was delayed one month: lots of excuses. The second shipment was delayed two weeks. Then I was told that they could no longer ship to Tennessee and my subscription was canceled. No offer of a refund. No offer to ship to another address in another State. I do NOT recommend this company.

GBGreat start with amazing customer service! I found Flaviar when looking for a “bourbon gift” for my husband. The membership came highly recommended so I figured I’d give it a try for 12 mos. Once I purchased I realized it was going to be sent in my name so I sent a message to customer service and I received a response right away! Mickalia was so helpful with getting my membership transferred to my husband’s name and future subscription material to his email. What a great start! I can’t wait for the delivery. I’m sure it’ll be as great as the reviews promise! Thanks so much!

GBQuick issue resolution! I had an issue with regarding account ownership. I sent an email expecting it to be seen sometime during the week. My case was received and resolved in 30 minutes which is just amazing. Very thankful for the customer service support!
