GBConsistency and Quality Control of Spring Mountain water Bottles I am a long-time customer, of over 6 years. I appreciate the service provided, however, for the amount paid for Spring water (red sticker) and delivery, I would appreciate “newer” water bottles; bottles that appear clean, not overly-used, and “dragged” when bottle is inverted. The newer bottles appear to have a blue tint, and red stickers that are not faded. My monthly shipment of bottles may include new bottles, but also include bottles that appear to have been in use for 20 years and on their last leg. A little more stringent quality control and maintenance of water bottles, in addition to consistent delivery of “newer” “water bottles would be appreciated.

GBDelivery was on time Delivery was on time. Only thing I don't like y'all are always changing my Delivery date every month it is different. I use to get at the end of the month then it went to middle of the month. Now it is first of the month that disappointing.

GBWhy bother selecting notifications if… Why bother selecting notifications if they never actually work? I have asked for phone email and text - git email this time but nothing else - this is an ongoing issue - delivery driver never knocks or rings so empty bottles are never picked up - continuing terrible service - looking to change provider

GBGetting to be a hastle Since transferring your billing customer service overseas your service has been not good. They charge more than what we were told and keep charging for what we don’t have. And now we receive 2-3 statements each month for the same thing and different pricing. I had called and got a quote for 6-12 months which I’m paying but billing keeps tacking more on.
