Would recommend I've used ReadyRefresh for the last few years both at my office as well as home. The value is good. The website is easy to navigate and they have good product options. I've dealt with their customer service and it wasn't my best experience. I was transferred and had to call back a few times. My issue did get resolved in the end. I haven't found another vendor that offers better pricing. I would recommend.

Machine is not working the it is supposed to My machine doesnt work right, sometimes the flow is irregular, the hot option doesnt work. It makes alot of noise. I have attempted to call customer service and ask for help but no one ever answers

The driver is not following the my wishes The driver is not following the instructions that I ask for. They have been leaving the water in front of the garage door not the front door has I requested Also I asked to skip the cases of small bottles this time but they left them anyway.

The service is quite good The service is quite good. I don't have a problem with the water being delivered. I get a notice telling me when to put the bottles out and when the new bottles are to be delivered. I find this very helpful with my busy schedule.
