Excellent, tasty Pies First time trying these pies and they were fantastic. I'm very fussy regarding pastry, but it was melt in your mouth. Steak and Stilton with plenty of lean tasty steak and nice Stilton sauce. No complaints whatsoever

BUYER BEWARE… Radford Pie Company - In response to your reply to my previous posting We were not at home when our pie order was delivered & even though I had requested notification of a delivery date on my original order. We were not informed of a delivery date for our pie order even though Radford Pie Company said an email had been sent to me but when I asked for a copy of the email the company ignored me! BUYER BEWARE

In area so had to try Meaty and pastry lovely, little bit of gristle in one ehich was steak and Stilton, couldn't really taste Stilton. Could do with labels on brown bags stating what pie is what, as I did buy 3 different types and didn't know what I was eating as grease came through bag!

The order arrived within a week The order arrived within a week, but without any notification, which was OK as it was Saturday. The packaging was excellent, however this hadn't prevented two of the pie getting slightly squashed, presumably when being packed in a box slightly too small for purpose, careless! The pies themselves were a little dissapointing. None of the pie lids had sealed, which meant the filling dried out slightly whilst reheating. The main problem though was the seasoning, as others have said, far too much salt which became sickly after a few bites. I feel that whoever checks quality needs to step up a notch or maybe employ a trained QC manager. I support small business's but sadly, on this occasion, I will not repurchase. Far better pies available locally at a similar price.

NEVER IGNORE CUSTOMERS First order arrived on time and were delicious so we placed a second order. Whilst waiting we received an email from the delivery company saying nobody was home to receive the order. We phoned the number given for Radfords and was told it was incorrect. We phoned the delivery company who didn't answer. The only way to contact was email. We told Radfords the delivery company was lying. We provided special delivery instructions and phone number but they gave us a flippant reply as they obviously believed the delivery company. We sent two more emails which were ignored so contacted Citizens Advice. We recommend that everyone does this. We sent a signed for letter which was also ignored so were advised to contact our bank who were able to secure a refund on my debit card. This did take three months. We are retired business owners. NEVER ignore customers.
