No Returns Possible and No Additional Controllers The CNES arrived after about 3 weeks, so prepare to wait a long time. I ordered an extra controller, which did not work. When I contacted them to return the controller, they ghosted me. I have since tried two wireless and two wired controllers purchased independently on Amazon; none of them worked. So, prepare for a one-controller only system if you want to go through these people. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the CNES system works.

The company has a photo of the authentic system on their site but what gets delivered is a fake system (false advertising). 4. You’re paying for something you think is authentic only to be really disappointed when it comes. Anyone who is even thinking about purchasing through this website, DON’T. There are many authentic retailers on eBay. The first red flag on this site should have been the “all sales final”. Well, they shouldn’t be final when you falsely advertise a product on your website.

Nintendo NES Classic I finally got my Nintendo NES Classic after waiting a month! The unit works great, has comes with 30 games, and is a lot of fun. However, Highland Archives took a little over a month to get it shipped to me. I had no idea this thing was coming straight from China. Also, do better with you customer communication, answer customer emails, and let customers know exactly how long it’s going to take to ship so they don’t think they’re not getting it. Work on that and things will be much better for everyone.
