GBOrdered 5 times Ordered 5 times. First 4 orders were 5 Star flawless. Last one, a zero star nightmare. Out of stock on 4 of 5 items...even though web said in stock. Charged card, no ship, no e-mail for 2 weeks....then e-mail back and forth on substitutes....settled on in stock substitute items....still no ship..... I paid by CC, so reversed the $215 charges just over 5 weeks after the order. They have NO phone number and would not call me despite repeated attempts.

GBBEWARE BEWARE! Have been a customer for more than a couple years. Suddenly they do not respons to emails nor answer the phone about an order never received. No tracking or updates. Extremely unhappy with this company. I'm wondering if they folded or something.

GBSCAM SCAM! Sells products not in stock, takes your money and then tells you you have to wait for a refund. So far, no refund. Now, a week later, product still shows in stock so they can scam others. Will report to the State Attorney General today.

GBPlaced an order and it took six weeks… Placed an order and it took six weeks to tell me that they are "out of stock" and obviously a completely incompetent company.
