I would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order three weeks before I needed the bottle of very expensive bourbon to give as a gift. Almost two weeks later it hasn’t shipped. Every single day I check the status and it is always “unfulfilled.” When I inquired they sent me a copy of their return policy stating they have 30 days to fulfill an order before I’m entitled to a refund. In the age of Amazon, there’s NO REASON tor an in-stock item not to ship the first business day after the order is received. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fake Inventory on website Cask Cartel posts bottles on their website that they do not have. There is no warning whatsoever that you are about to order something out of stock. They simply take the order, take your money, and go attempt to procure it after the sale... which can take weeks to months. They do not bother notifying you of anything in the meantime. Bottom line: If you order from cask cartel, you are gambling on when you will get it and possibly never. I tried multiple times. One arrived on time and one was 3 weeks late. This next one is 3 weeks late and not yet arrived.

Eventually found the bottle i wanted… Eventually found the bottle i wanted and ordered it, even though the shipping cost was over £100.00 to UK. When it arrived it wasnt what i ordered and was told the manufactures have changed design. I wasnt informed before they sent it and know have a overpriced bottle thats not wanted. There customer services is non existant and is propbably the worst company ive ever dealt with. I should have checked the reviews before i ordered.

I consider this fraud.... I spent nearly $500 for a bottle of Hooghoudt Bruine Jenever and a bottle of Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Gin, and while shipping and billing was incredibly smooth, I did not receive what I ordered. I received inferior substitutions that I could have purchased locally (Hooghoudt Sweet Spiced and Martin Miller's regular gin). The bottles aren't even the same size...this was intentional. It is fraud when a company knowingly sends out a product that a consumer did not order. This was the 1st, and it will be the last order I place with this company. I can't get anyone on the phone or a response to my online inquiries, so essentially I paid $500 for $75 worth of product.

My wife identified an obscure liqueur… My wife identified an obscure liqueur made in the UK somewhere in her reading or travels. She emailed to ask if I might be able to locate an outlet for purchase. I found it at a couple of large east coat U.S. retailers, the closest of which was about 250 miles from where we reside. Neither outlet I found would ship to our address in upstate New York. Tried Cask Cartel who immediately accepted my order. My order was placed September 6. Today is September 11 and my wife picked up her liqueur shipped by Cask Cartel's 'fulfillment partner' (my term) this afternoon at our local FedEx office. Contents undamaged and product as ordered. Not a price bargain, but service quick and efficient in our case.
