I placed order on feb 9 for Valentine’s… I placed order on feb 9 for Valentine’s Day gift. On feb16 it finally arrived at fedex. Website said 2-5 days to ship... well today is feb 23 and it’s still at fedex location. 7 days to get to fedex after say 2-5 business days to receive it?!? I will never order from Lindt again. Customer service offered my refund after 2nd call! I paid for shipping too! It’s completely bogus ! I just want the gift or change the shipping expectations on your website!

I think her name is Rebecca....end off January 2016 visit to the store with no intent to purchase but me and my sister left each with a bag of yummy for our tummy..becuase of this lady superior customer service......She is a great employee! Good Chocolate Cheesy Customer Service I placed a Mother’s Day order for my sister on May 4. It was suggested to me by the associate not to pay extra shipping, it would be on time from NH to NY. Nothing on Del date of 5/11. Called. Assured delivery by Jenn of the Consumer Services Team of a 5/15 delivery. I was given a 50% Discount. Nothing on 5/15. I received an e mail from Jenn on Monday offering me a full refund my tracking number and the automated FedEx number to solve my own problem. Good chocolate. Cheesy customer service. With such a colossal mess, I feel they should have offered to ship overnight. How do I send my sister a Mother’s Day present two weeks later? EPIC FAILURE LINDT

Jacob the chat agent was as purposely… Jacob the chat agent was as purposely unhelpful as lindt’s us selection is itself. I was looking for the CocoaPure dark bars, and honeycomb and raspberry hazelnut. Honeycomb increases the strength of the bones, and raspberries pair well with hazelnut; and cocoa has better chemistry in as natural as possible a bar and in as sugar isolate free a composition as possible,, but these types of bars seem to be UK only these days. Well that isn’t going to be good enough. im done with excuses based on policies that americans are ignorant of health issues. Just because the us puts out laws to reinforce poisoning of its own citizens doesn’t mean we as a rule must poison ourselves. If there is something better, it should be available here. I would like to see healthier better tasting chocolate available here to me with better ingredients like are available in the UK, or im not going to bother supporting the elitism that holds such out of reach by dumpster diving through what is dangled in reach because it has a certain taste or texture despite the consequences.

Lindt Chocolate USA worst shopping experience! Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order. I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!
