Coffeeroast Co shipped it much earlier than expected, PLUS sent a free coffee bean cooler too. Their price was lower than other retailers with the black friday deal and my husband was VERY surprised to get this as a gift. I am pleased with Coffeeroast service and will definitely use them again.

Company Requires Copy of ID and Utility bill Asked for a picture of my photo ID and for a picture of utility bill mail with my address on it. Thats probably the sketchiest thing that has ever happened when I’ve just only wanted to buy something. The problem is that I pleaded with him multiple times, and they would not move forward until I sent them that information.

Good service and responsive support! Well, I revised the review as my first review was a bit unfair. They are based in HI and have no phone support during EST business hours, but were very quick and friendly in their email support. Shipping was a bit strange as I received the tracking number and it took 2 weeks for DHL to get the shipment picked up and in their system. After that, it was only 5 days until the roaster was delivered. I would buy here again...
