More than customer-oriented I got to the walk up window and saw they had been closed for a while. The owners still came to the window and offered to serve me! They made an AMAZING drip coffee and a chai latte tea. I can’t tell you how engaging and fun they were. What a great addition to our dear Franklin.

My Cafe Escapes Order I recently ordered Cafe Escapes, Chai Latte, from your company. I quickly received an order confirmation and then another saying my order was processed, but no information about shipping. The next day, I called and spoke to Jake. He was very friendly and helpful and assured me that my order would soon be on its way. Jake is a perfect person to be a customer service representative! He was very much appreciated.
