An easy transaction, quick ship and 100% as expected. Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO. Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box. Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.

They carry hard to find items but items… They carry hard to find items but items are always late. They seem to charges the highest price for shipping, but use the most unreliable carriers. So a 1 week estimated delivery turns into 1months or even longer. Still waiting for our orders which seems to be lost in Texas. Will probably have to reorder from another suppliers to get our items here faster.

Great service, but one minor miss with my most recent order I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.

Espresso Screen Espresso Screen Could not find the screen for my espresso machine with the importer. They no longer carry it as my machine has been discontinued. Voltage had a comparable item that works for my part number and started the shipping process within minutes of placing my order!

Voltage has been so accommodating Voltage has been so accommodating, we originally order a machine that was not going to be able to ship for 2 months they called us and gave us some options to get our new expresso machine here this in 2 weeks and installed. Amazing our salesman Matt went above and beyond for us. Thank you!
