Above my expectations, seriously I'm usually pretty picky about coffee. I like it a very specific way, but I was extremely impressed with Cold Brew Club's coffee. It's super simple to just pour out some of the concentrate and mix in my own additives (I use almond milk and ice!), and it definitely went above my expectations for flavour. The only problem is I've left it in the refrigerator where the rest of my family can access it... and now they're hooked too! Definitely going to need to get more. We love it in my household!

I can’t review the product because it hasn’t arrived I would love to be able to review the actual product, but I ordered it 6/6 and it hasn’t arrived. I did reach out and was told they are having trouble with my address ( I provided a PO Box and physical..). They use the USPS for delivery, so I am not sure why a physical and P.O. Box didn’t work, and why I had to call them to find out it was a problem... I will update once I actually get some product.

Poor customer service. There is nothing worse than a company that does not prioritize customer service. No phone number to call, and they never answer emails. On top of that, you have to beg a bot to connect you to a human on their website if you do choose to live chat. I’ve been waiting a week for a refund that was never supposed to be charged, and have sent countless emails, with not one response. UPDATE: Customer service team only responded to my multiple requests for updates on my refund when they saw my public review of their lackluster customer service (see the rep’s snide response to the review below acknowledging they saw my requests over the course of days and didn’t respond until I got testy). This isn’t a company you want to work with for personalized service. Also, when the refund finally came, they returned less than half of what I was owed and my bank had to intervene, as they continued to ignore and not correspond. They also attempted to flag this review when it in no way violates any guidelines. They clearly try to remove reviews that make them look bad, even if they’re 100% true.

Nasty I am a daily cold brew drinker and decided to try this subscription service to save money and extra trips to the store. I regret it. The box is a huge pain, it’s hard to get the cold brew out and then when I put it back in the fridge the spout leaked everywhere. But most importantly this is the most disgusting coffee product I have ever tasted. It tastes like I’m drinking rancid coffee from an ash tray. Seriously. A strong aftertaste of cigarette ash.
