GBCustomer Service Completely Unresponsive Customer service completely unresponsive. Never received the product I paid for. There is no phone number to actually speak to someone to resolve an issue. You are at the mercy of whether or not they choose to respond. No interest in helping customers. Still no contact from BlazePod and no product received. Unbelievable that you can conduct business this way. In their reply it states that they will contact me again...that did not happen. Maybe someone could pick up a phone to resolve this??

CASaving Personal Drills that I create I understand the subscription model for monthly services. Especially for the high end videos etc. However when you spend a large upfront cost on the items, and I can’t create and save my own light setup to run my own individual programs this is EXTREMELY disappointing and leaves me unsatisfied with the product. Feel like disabling this primary function without a monthly fee is highway robbery and a scam. Sorry I can’t recommend this product due to this.
