Convenient meals when I don’t have a… Convenient meals when I don’t have a kitchen right now to cook. Some recipes are great, others not so much but that’s personal taste. One meal had a torn cellophane cover but I was compensated for that so it’s nice that you stand behind your product. Green beans in my last meal was terrible- the strings were not removed and my family spent quite a bit of time pulling strings out from their mouths. The pesto salmon last week- some had a tiny bit of pesto and some meals had none, maybe because the pesto matched the spinach underneath and they couldn’t tell if it had it yet or not during assembly.

The food is delicious The food is delicious, but if you’re lactose intolerant you may have a difficult time finding a meal that doesn’t include butter, cheese, or cream. I thought I would be able to tolerate it if I didn’t have a Factor meal every day, but I finally reached my limit this past Friday when I had a keto shake in the morning and had the Kale and Mushroom Bites for lunch. I have had digestive issues ever since. If I can find enough meals that meet my dietary needs, I’ll continue with the service.

Quality meal and ideal portions Many different choices of meals make using company beneficial. Ease of preparation is unmatched. Convenience works as I am a shift worker with 24-7 hour scheduling. Allows me to not have to prepare larger meals with opportunities to waste food...i.e. too much leftovers.

Although I recently ordered two of the Romesco Chicken Thighs and one tasted terrible while I contemplated throwing the other one out I didn’t and so glad, because that one was just delicious Your customer service is fantastic !! Food is good, logistics need improvement Food is good, meals are very consistent week to week. Unfortunately, logistics are unreliable - in the 6 weeks we've been subscribed, the order has arrived late twice and arrived with a damaged meal once. This alone has kept us from growing our Factor order beyond 4x (8 meals) per week.
