Indecisive opinion I have been trying Factor meals for several weeks now. The food is tasty and very convenient. However after being on it several weeks I feel like I am seeing the same foods every week. Also it seems like almost every dish has broccoli or green beans sometimes zucchini. Very rarely carrots. Haven’t seen Brussels sprouts yet or other vegetables. Not sure why. But It starts getting repetitive after several weeks.

Overall delicious, healthy, convenient — but please add more fiber!! I love the convenience of these meals as a single person that doesn’t always have time or energy to cook, but doesn’t necessarily want take out instead of cooking. However I really wish the meals had more fiber in them. It’s hard to get enough in my day if I rely too heavily on these meals.

Busy schedules My husband and I both have busy schedules so supplementing our lunches and dinners with Factor meals is such a time saver. We have enjoyed every meal we’ve had so far and find the portion sizes perfectly balanced. My only concern is the amount of fat macros each meal has. I count macros for weight loss and I often have to split a meal so as not to go over on my fat macro. Otherwise we love our Factor meals!

The food is delicious The food is delicious, but if you’re lactose intolerant you may have a difficult time finding a meal that doesn’t include butter, cheese, or cream. I thought I would be able to tolerate it if I didn’t have a Factor meal every day, but I finally reached my limit this past Friday when I had a keto shake in the morning and had the Kale and Mushroom Bites for lunch. I have had digestive issues ever since. If I can find enough meals that meet my dietary needs, I’ll continue with the service.

Healthy and Delicious Meals All the meals are delicious. Somewhat expensive but not prohibitively. Delivery is timely with excellent packaging to preserve the meals when they are delivered when we are not home. The cooling packs are somewhat difficult to dispose or recycle. But necessary, of course. The website is easy to use. Meal selections are many and varied which we enjoy. I have Type 2 diabetes so we select the low carb menus and we find the keto selections very tasty. Excellent Company overall.
