My account info is lost My account info is lost, i keep receiving meals but am unable to pick them out from the menu myself without "getting started" and re-registering all over again (which Im afraid to do because I dont want to be double charged). So I keep getting the same meals every week :(. Ive also stopped receiving my free wellness shots. please help

Great meals. Positives - Factor meals are delicious. The meat portions are usually about 4 ounces - but not always. Overall the best prepared meals we have tried. Negatives - The protein content is overestimated when the meat portions are small. The vegetable portions could be larger. A tablespoon of spinach is really not enough.

Although I recently ordered two of the Romesco Chicken Thighs and one tasted terrible while I contemplated throwing the other one out I didn’t and so glad, because that one was just delicious Your customer service is fantastic !! Convenient meals when I don’t have a… Convenient meals when I don’t have a kitchen right now to cook. Some recipes are great, others not so much but that’s personal taste. One meal had a torn cellophane cover but I was compensated for that so it’s nice that you stand behind your product. Green beans in my last meal was terrible- the strings were not removed and my family spent quite a bit of time pulling strings out from their mouths. The pesto salmon last week- some had a tiny bit of pesto and some meals had none, maybe because the pesto matched the spinach underneath and they couldn’t tell if it had it yet or not during assembly.

Healthy and Delicious Meals All the meals are delicious. Somewhat expensive but not prohibitively. Delivery is timely with excellent packaging to preserve the meals when they are delivered when we are not home. The cooling packs are somewhat difficult to dispose or recycle. But necessary, of course. The website is easy to use. Meal selections are many and varied which we enjoy. I have Type 2 diabetes so we select the low carb menus and we find the keto selections very tasty. Excellent Company overall.
