GBThis is the second consecutive week my… This is the second consecutive week my meals arrived four days late. To say I'm frustrated is understated. Never had these problems before. Additionally, if I might add- the quality of food is distinctly different now compared to when I first started my subscription.

GBWhen I tried to change the phone number… When I tried to change the phone number on a newly renewed subscription a new subscription was created instead. The order I thought was abandoned, with the incorrect phone # was processed as well as the new subscription. I was given a 30% credit, but now I have 15 meals coming and no way to keep them as I live in an RV and do not have a freezer. Was hoping to stop one of them from shipping but not allowed. I probably will not be ordering any more.

GBMuch Improved! I want to congratulate you on much improvement on meals taste since I started with Fresh n Lean 2 years ago. They are now very good and I actually look forward to eating them now. That was not always the case in the past. Please keep up the good work. You have a good thing going. Thanks!

GBHigh quality food & service Almost 3 months on the plan and, we are impressed with the food quality as well as the high packaging standards. No delays. Sometimes you may not get what you exactly picked:) but the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall highly recommended!

GBThey have always been easy for me to… They have always been easy for me to reach in case of any questions and concerns. Honestly, to me, good customer service means the world tenfold. And the Fresh N' Lean crew has never let me down for the three years that I've been ordering from them! They'll have my business forever as long as they're operating! :)
