They have always been easy for me to… They have always been easy for me to reach in case of any questions and concerns. Honestly, to me, good customer service means the world tenfold. And the Fresh N' Lean crew has never let me down for the three years that I've been ordering from them! They'll have my business forever as long as they're operating! :)

I love getting the Fresh meals I love getting the Fresh meals. I don't have to worry much about buying ingredients to make one dish and having to use the same things over and over again before they go bad. So I get more variety in my daily diet.

Couldn’t get ahold of a customer… Couldn’t get ahold of a customer service person so I left a message and have not heard back since. Problems are normally resolved but it just takes way longer than most companies. I just wish the response time was faster, for calls and emails.

The honeymoon is over We like Fresh N Lean meals, however, their programmers and customer service are so ineffective and untrained, that we will probably stop using the company. It takes an extremely long time to reach anyone, and then you just get a lot of "I'm sorry" and repeated assertions that you made a mistake and there is nothing they can do about it. Emails to customer service get no response at all, and one to the owner and CEO was blocked. I guess she doesn't want to know what her customers think. Twice in a row now, I have chosen the meals on their website and got confirmation, only to have one to two meals that I specifically did not want chosen for me. I just got off the phone with yet a second customer service person who also proceeded to repeatedly tell me that I did not place the order I did (and have proof of), so I will be sent a Chef selection. This one also asserted that even though the order is only due to ship a week from now, and even though the email I received a few hours ago informed me that I could call for changes, there was nothing she could do about it except cancel the whole order, nor was there a supervisor or anyone else available. The main purpose of using such a service, is to make life easier, not more complicated and aggravating.

Highly Recommend I am so very happy I found Fresh N Lean. They offer a wide variety of choices divided into specific dietary categories to make it easier to adhere to a diet you are on or choose what you would like independently from all. The taste, flavor and quality is always consistently amazing. I highly recommend!
