Square makes its so easy to do invoices… Square makes its so easy to do invoices and add our paper estimates to any invoice, it is great to be able to send it to customers as a text message. I have told many small business owners about The Square. Love it!!!!

Poor customer service practices and policies Was a square business for over a year. Crappy customer service, crappy customer policies. Not willing to do anything to help or take care of long term customers… they just want to sell more crap. Don’t buy hardware from them, it’s cheaper through Amazon or other third parties, square won’t match the price but will let you go through process of returning and ordering elsewhere… you wait forever to get a hold of someone to help on the phone and there seems to be no communication between departments within the business. Hope that $100 more on hardware was worth it…. Tired of being taken advantage of by million dollar corporations. Take your money elsewhere…

I've been a Square customer for about… I've been a Square customer for about 16 years. I have had a Clover experience as well, but I came back to Square. I like the ease of reporting, maintaining my listings, and check out. I have my website credit card processing through Square as well. Everything is easy to find, login is efficient, and I do not have to spend too much time on the back end of my business.
