But don't down play them on their customer service because they're awesome. Square has given me a more professional aspect to my business and has helped me grow so much. They never gave up on me until my refund was sorted out.All this was through email and so I was prevented the trouble of logging in to support etc I had direct support many times a day and in the end, I smiled and was happy.
