Refuse to release my funds I was asked to open account. Savings ending 5005 they closed it and said they send the 2140 on 4/12. I been telling them the linked account is not active and now they claim they can't see 5005. They refuse to take my ein to locate. I'm behind on my health insurance premium and hiv pos and diabetic. I can't pay for my meds and they refuse to help me cause I can't remember the email open with even though I can give My ein. They have stolen my 2140. This needs to go to congress. I have the emails and screen shots. Now told account released but yet online states inactive and the customer service is confused on what to do to help me and saying they need to review. It's like no one listens ref case number 91627420

Devoted staff When I started, I was frustrated and angry but the Square and weebly staff were patient, encouraging, prompt to my emails and providing links and resources to help solve my problem. They never gave up on me until my refund was sorted out.All this was through email and so I was prevented the trouble of logging in to support etc I had direct support many times a day and in the end, I smiled and was happy. My issue with my website was sorted out.
