Complete failure Complete failure; $200 worth of beef took a solid week to be delivered...was not even cool to the touch when unboxed. I informed the company, got a jerk off in response blaming UPS They did offer to replace the product but I didn't see why they wanted me to request they do so; either a company has integrity as an aspect of their corporate culture, or not. Not recommended.

I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips, Full blood. I did receive 4 steaks, Although there was not dry ice included to keep them frozen during their journey! 2 of the steaks were as described. the other 2 are half as thick and twice as fatty. So 2 of these "Thick Cut Strips" Are Beautiful and amazing 2 are one third fat and do not appear to to be a KC Strips cut. I did reach out to Wiens Wagyu with photos and my concerns via Email. Did not get a response.

Best American Wagyu available! I have ordered and eaten many varieties of American wagyu and most have been disappointing tasting similar to Prime grade. This, Wiens Full-blooded Wagyu, is where the bar is. Absolutely best American Wagyu I have tasted, just miles better that their competitors. Hats off to this family because in my eyes you are the best in America.
