GBWe keep having a recurring issue with… We keep having a recurring issue with NMI updater not running. It happens about every 4-5 months on average. It's frustrating that this issue hasn't been resolved. In Addition your frequent UI changes make it difficult for users to catch up. Some of the changes have been helpful but as soon as users get used to one you're making more massive changes.

GBCommunication Highly Impressionable We had the pleasure of Allen Sarkissian being assigned to our company as the "Customer Success Manager" and it was truly a pleasure to have him on our side. We experienced some challenges from our data transfer and Allen tackled them 1 by 1 and his communication was outstanding. There were also a few instances where other members from his team jumped in to help out and they showcased the same level of support that he did. It isn't too often that I experience the level of support that Allen and his team showcased and it was highly impressionable.
