Our CSM Rules! Victor has been an excellent business partner. No problem is too small or too big for him to help us through. He's quick to offer alternative solutions when we need them, and is in tune enough with our business model and how we operate to offer relevant solutions for us. Huge fan!

The staff is always professional and… The staff is always professional and efficient. They are very easy to speak with and always patient with the various requests. They quickly resolve issues and seem to always be exploring for ways to improve the platform.

Communication Highly Impressionable We had the pleasure of Allen Sarkissian being assigned to our company as the "Customer Success Manager" and it was truly a pleasure to have him on our side. We experienced some challenges from our data transfer and Allen tackled them 1 by 1 and his communication was outstanding. There were also a few instances where other members from his team jumped in to help out and they showcased the same level of support that he did. It isn't too often that I experience the level of support that Allen and his team showcased and it was highly impressionable. We recently celebrated our 1 year on Service Titan and I know I will be forever grateful for all the support we have had.

Worst experience!! Worst experience!! There were multiple issues from the beginning of the onboarding process. Reached out once a week with issues that were never resolved. We signed a contract for 1 year. Requested to cancel after a year, and was told we could not cancel...that the contract auto renews if you don't cancel before the year end. We were given promises by the sales person that the program would do things that it did not do. We were having trouble using the system, techs had issues and we requested to have someone come out and help us figure it out...was told that was not an option. I would not recommend for any small business!

We are on our 2nd year of operating our… We are on our 2nd year of operating our business on Service Titan. It takes the first full year to completely adapt and get your processes flowing. We have had 5 specialized individuals really take us to the next level operating on Service Titan. We added two Pro Products the past year implementing them had a few bumps but we were able to get additional help on getting the most out of them. We look forward to continuing to work with our Customer Success Manager to keep up learning and grown to maximize it for our company!
