GBWorst experience!! Worst experience!! There were multiple issues from the beginning of the onboarding process. Reached out once a week with issues that were never resolved. We signed a contract for 1 year. Requested to cancel after a year, and was told we could not cancel...that the contract auto renews if you don't cancel before the year end. We were given promises by the sales person that the program would do things that it did not do. We were having trouble using the system, techs had issues and we requested to have someone come out and help us figure it out...was told that was not an option. I would not recommend for any small business!

I've said it before, so I'll say it again.....If it wasnt for Ethan, I would have just paid my contract obligation and walked away.

GBWorth Every Penny!! Moving to Service Titian was the best decision our company has made! We have been live for 2 years and seen significant growth, increased efficacy & accountability across our entire company thanks to this software! Onboarding was grueling but we were warned that it was going to be a lot of work and we would get as much out of it as we put in, our Onboarding Specialist Erin was AMAZING and our Success Manage Victor is AWESOME! It is worth every penny we pay for it!!
