GBAbsolute horrible experience Absolute horrible experience, they promise the world, and when it comes time to deliver, they provide nothing less than 1 star service. They are trying to lock my small business into a 2 year contract that is vague and catered to their defense, which would be ok if they delivered on what they promised. After repeatedly dropping the ball throughout integration and data import, they tell us that we have to MANUALLY do payroll? wasting our time and our money. I could make this review much longer, but please beware of this company, look at their google reviews, they are all the same. Locking people into contracts and sending them to collections. BUYER BEWARE Update: SERVICE TITAN, If “your sorry” then do something to fix it, don’t fill me up with empty words and promises.

GBWe keep having a recurring issue with… We keep having a recurring issue with NMI updater not running. It happens about every 4-5 months on average. It's frustrating that this issue hasn't been resolved. In Addition your frequent UI changes make it difficult for users to catch up. Some of the changes have been helpful but as soon as users get used to one you're making more massive changes.

GBWe are on our 2nd year of operating our… We are on our 2nd year of operating our business on Service Titan. It takes the first full year to completely adapt and get your processes flowing. We have had 5 specialized individuals really take us to the next level operating on Service Titan. We added two Pro Products the past year implementing them had a few bumps but we were able to get additional help on getting the most out of them. We look forward to continuing to work with our Customer Success Manager to keep up learning and grown to maximize it for our company!
