I had difficulty logging in the first time, but the gentleman who helped was very patient. He helped me complete the sign in process and then helped process the first report. GBGod awful. Stay away from Take Command Health. God awful. See Emma Bailey's review. Because of Take Command Health's ineptitude, I was unable to submit any expenses via their portal in time to get them approved with a safe margin before the IRS deadline.

GBSimple & easy to find a great health plan Take Command made it easy for me to find a health plan for my family and even did the work to submit the application. It's so nice knowing my premium will be paid each month and I don't have to stress about it. I can easily see when payments are made. Their support team was super helpful when I had a question. So easy!

GBVery frustrated with customer service Very frustrated with customer service. Been trying for 3 months to get a simple update on the status for one of my employees, have spoken with dozens of people at Take Command Health and the issue still is not resolved.
