Great Customer Service, Fast Shipping, Unbeatable Prices Sensibus has a wide variety of cheeses that you will not find elsewhere in America, all at great prices. In fact, buying artisan cheese from Sensibus can often be cheaper than buying from a supermarket. One of the cheeses I had selected wasn't up to their standards and they called me to discuss an acceptable replacement. That replacement turned out to be the best cheese out of all the ones I ordered. The shipping time was very quick and the packaging was thoughtfully done. Also, Sensibus carries many Alce Nero products which are some of the highest quality organic Italian products you can buy. I'm impressed with Sensibus' offerings and customer service and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My products were received warm when… My products were received warm when cold items were included. Jars were broken and charcuterie meats were dated to expire in a few weeks. I sent pictures and an email asking that this shipment be replaced but have had no follow up. In the past my experience was a good one so this is very disappointing.

Almost Excellent I am upgrading my previous review to 5-stars. When my order was sent to the wrong place, customer service offered to rectify it at no cost to me. It finally shipped later than had been promised, but I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and blame that on both COVID and the crazy weather of the last couple of weeks. Aside from that glitch, I could not have been more pleased! They have an amazing product selection of some of the very best brands found anywhere, and at very competitive prices. Sensibus will absolutely be one of my go-to sources for gifts to family, friends, and clients!
