Bill.com helps speed the invoice process Bill.com remembers certain invoices and prepopulates based on history. It does a great job of identifying duplicates. Bill.com gives scans a vendor name from what it reads, so that helps me identify what's sitting in my inbox easer. It however, doesn't have an option to create folders or organize the inbox in any other way except by date or who uploaded.

Newer to Bill.com As someone newer to Bill.com, I was initially unsure of how well it would work, as it was a company I had never heard of. But as I have used it, I enjoy the benefits of using this company as they make it super easy for direct deposit and to track when you are getting paid when an invoice is created. Definitely a great tool in the belt of contractors.

Open issues The billing system has made a lot of features addition over the period which has made it easy to use. The interface is user friendly and easy to understand. But we have also seen an increase in the prices over the timeline. Also, we still face issue with vendor payments where multiple currencies are involved. I would love to have this feature. It also has some issues with syncing inventory based purchase orders hence the bill relating to the same need to be created in the ERP system and then synced to Bill.com. The feature relating to virtual cards which can be deactivated only when we contact support is another issue.

BILL.com is the future. Bill.com provides the technology to streamline accounts payable and have all invoice history at your finger tips. Everything stays organized and easy to locate. Not to mention it keeps me from having to issue checks myself anymore!
