The Most Beautiful Bar Glasses! Besides having the most beautiful bar ware, especially the bar glasses of any kind, their customer service couldn't be more helpful. The only negative is the cost of shipping for U.S. shipping but at the end of the day it's worth the cost when you receive the exquisite bar glasses which by the way are priced very reasonably.

Got some speakeasy style coupes Got some speakeasy style glasses. They are gorgeous and I couldn't find anything remotely this nice anywhere. When they arrived I was even happier; the premium pricing and the shipping are worth it. Plus, I like that I can order 1-2 more if I have breakage. Overall, highly recommend.

I ordered a couple glasses and received… I ordered a couple glasses and received 2 emails noting that they had received my order and the second one that my order was "complete" and that it would be received in 4-7 business days. No where did it tell me if/when my order shipped or when it would ship or a tracking number. I emailed the company and someone from accounting replied with a tracking number. Why couldn't that be included in the emails a customer gets so they can see when it will arrive. That's how most companies handle it for online orders

Beautiful glassware, great staff, long timeline PROS: Absolutely beautiful glassware, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, well packed. CONS: High skipping cost, glasses often out of stock, fulfillment hick-ups. My orders took a very, very long time, with month+ long delays caused first by US Customs (blocked warehouse restocking), then by my own stupidity (wrong address), and then by an oversight by UrbanBar (didn't ship). However, every step of the way the staff were helpful, friendly, and quickly responded. In the end I had incredibly beautiful glassware that outshine high end cocktail bars. I would order again immediately and recommend them to everyone.

I purchased the Urban Bar Brown Leather… I purchased the Urban Bar Brown Leather Bag and it was delivered on time. Quality seems good but this bag is not brown. It's more gray and has me questioning whether or not it is actual leather. I looked into how leather is classified, often times businesses get away with terms such as "handmade leather" or "genuine leather" when it's actually not real leather. Would not recommend purchasing for the current price of $400+
