GBExcellent service I ordered these glasses for my wife as a Christmas gift. A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. Not only are the glasses gorgeous, my wife happy, but the customer service is exceptional. Thank you!

GBBeautiful Glassware Beautiful Glassware! Helpful customer service. Ordered the 1910 Nick and Nora and 1910 Gold Retro Fizz. Both are absolutely stunning. Had one of the 1910 Gold Retro Fizz arrive chipped but UrbarBar sent a replacement straight away. Communication was easy and accommodating.

GB$80 of missing products, I had to catch the error. I bought two mixing glasses and two jiggers over Black Friday weekend. The jiggers arrived and Urban Bar marked my order as fulfilled. Both mixing glasses ($80) did not arrive. I emailed twice and six days after I reached out they simply refunded the mixing glasses. I get when there are issues with inventory and order volume; but the fact that I had to catch the error, they took very long to reply, and then they can't get me the product to make it right makes it hard for me to trust these guys.

GBI was very pleased with the experience. The wee dram sized whisky glasses were as described and promptly shipped. Packaging and postage was pricey, but given the need to pack them carefully, which they truly did, and shipping from the UK to the US, it was actually the proper price. (I reduced the unit cost by ordering more of the glasses.) I was very pleased with the experience.

GBI ordered a couple glasses and received… I ordered a couple glasses and received 2 emails noting that they had received my order and the second one that my order was "complete" and that it would be received in 4-7 business days. No where did it tell me if/when my order shipped or when it would ship or a tracking number. I emailed the company and someone from accounting replied with a tracking number. Why couldn't that be included in the emails a customer gets so they can see when it will arrive. That's how most companies handle it for online orders
