No Meals for Reflux/GERD They have no food if you have Acid Reflux/GERD or IBS. All food either are spicy, have tomato sauce/lemon juice or chocolate. CS Reps who give assessment have no idea what Reflux is and dont understand what you cant eat. First Delivery all had tomato sauce/lemon juice or spicy. They also didnt understand difference between Hamburger meat and protein. When I said no hamburger meat they also included no chicken/pork/turkey. Replacement sent was 14 meals of Chocolate zucchini bread. I had to donate all and cancelled

Pros and Cons The Pescatarian food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and can be quickly prepared. I love having a fresh salad for lunch everyday. Unfortunately, I didn't care for several of the breakfasts and received them several times in subsequent orders. I would have given 5 stars if the consumer could choose which meals would be sent each week from a wider selection. When the food box is delivered by UPS, the drivers turn the box in all directions when handling. This disturbs the food inside. It would be good to include a "this side up" message on boxes in the future. Broken taco shells might be less likely. The pros outweigh the cons and I will continue to use Nutrition for Longevity.

I received a box of produce that was… I received a box of produce that was warm, smelled because the 2 ice packs were room temp. Various plastic containers were open and almost everything was strewn all over in the large amount of empty space. The 4 potatoes were soft and small and it wasn’t anything like I expected or thought I was paying for. However I gave them three stars because they responded immediately when I emailed them and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service.

My mom gets these through her health… My mom gets these through her health insurance and I was very excited about them due to the quality of the ingredients. However having tasted quite a few of them they are quite bland. The ingredients are healthy which is important but the flavor is just not there. Not great. They can be edible if you take the food as a base and add your own spices. She is trying to weed out the ones she likes and re-order those.

I love the flavors I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.
