The quality of food is the highest I've ever seen for a meal delivery kit (even better than my grocery store in most cases), and I love the variety of recipes. There has only been one meal I didn't like so far after 3 weeks, and I'm known for being a picky eater. I have recommended N4L to everyone I know already.

Vet shady company when it comes to… Vet shady company when it comes to cancellation of subscription. Tried to rip me off for 2 weeks of service. Had to report them to credit card for fraudulent charges. The only week we got food it came 2 days late. Which made it warm, spoiled and inedible. They just lie about cancellations and delivery. Website fully inaccurate. STAY AWAY

Easy to eat healthy! I tried the 3-day pescatarian heat and eat box The food only took a couple minutes to heat and was pretty tasty! My only problem was trying to find out when my food would arrive. I never got a shipping notification or tracking number, and I had no place to submit a delivery date option when ordering.

I love the flavors I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.
