Flavorless and High Carbs I really was not impressed with the meals from nutrition for longevity. The price is high, as anyone can see, but the food is loaded with carbs, and many of the meals don’t have much flavor at all. Some of them were OK, but more than half of them were absolutely flavorless and needed to have additional ingredients added in order to make them edible. I only purchased one was not interested in subscribing further.

This program is fantastic This program is fantastic! Not only is the food delicious, but it has such high fiber and nutritional value that I haven’t felt hungry since I started the program three days ago. I’m super impressed and will be sharing my positive experience with family and friends. It’s great to know vegan eating can be so simple and satisfying!

Do not Order… I wish i read the reviews before i placed my order with nutrition for longevity. I have used many different fully prepared meal companies and so far this is the worst one. Food has no taste, pasta came uncooked, delivery came super late. I ended up throwing out all of them. Contacted customer service and was very disappointed with their answer.

I received a box of produce that was… I received a box of produce that was warm, smelled because the 2 ice packs were room temp. Various plastic containers were open and almost everything was strewn all over in the large amount of empty space. The 4 potatoes were soft and small and it wasn’t anything like I expected or thought I was paying for. However I gave them three stars because they responded immediately when I emailed them and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service.

Phenomenal! If you're looking for meals made with quality ingredients & a company who provides great customer service, then N4L is the ticket! We've tried all 3 of their Chef curated meal plans and they are sooo delicious and filling! N4L ticked all the boxes for us: LOVE the science-backed nutrition; their farm practices; the pure, organic ingredients used in every meal; and how ALL of that is globally influenced. What?! From our experience with other meal services, not all are created equally but N4L is phenomenal!
