Wasn't really blown away by the quality… Wasn't really blown away by the quality of the meat. It would have been nice if it was labeled. Its a conveinent way to go but we think we'll just stick to local butchers. Also really trying to find somewhere that will preseason it for us.

Review your order and recheck. I received my order of carpaccio later than expected. It arrived frozen as they told me it would. However, I was not able to serve it at our party as it was quite brown. If you order carpaccio, it would be wise to make sure they send fresh,( not frozen ), uncut filet. The meat looked like it would have been a beautiful filet had it been shipped fresh. It was well marbled. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away as it could not be used. I have learned my lesson.

Meat is excellent in quality Meat is excellent in quality, and is trimmed well. Had a problem with the packing process (was shorted a few items) but the problem was ultimately addressed and fixed.

The best The best. Prices are reasonable. Quality is superb. Shipping is a bit pricey but understandable to get the best quality of what you're buying. Recommended MTB everytime someone asks where to buy quality steaks. Anyone hesitant on buying from them need to follow them on Instagram at @meatthebutchers and see for themselves the quality, care, and precision of their craft. 10/10 will order again.
