I will only be using Grubhub from now… I will only be using Grubhub from now on. Unlike other order/delivery apps, they communicate, my order is on time and it's correct. They even follow up afterwards to make sure everything went okay.

A promo was offered through Red Lobster… A promo was offered through Red Lobster for free Cheddar Biscuits. After stating the promo would be automatically entered upon check out, it wasn't. Customer service found out the offer was no longer available.

I only use Grubhub I only use Grubhub. Lots of different options in participating restaurants. If you have an issue with your order they quickly resolve and issue you a credit. My food was delivered fast and warm. The delivery person was kind and courteous while dropping off my order.

Grubhub has the worst Drivers service ever! Grubhub has the worst service from drivers of any. My food just sat for 20 minutes at someone’s house after being picked up and 45 minutes later it arrived cold. Not my first experience with this happening. However it will be my last!

The order was delivered to the wrong… The order was delivered to the wrong address and never corrected by the delivery person when advised of his mistake! The driver was rude and disrespectful.
