Horrible service will never use Horrible service will never use them again they tracked my order all the way to the wrong door then it's a pain to get to any person to report a problem

I’ve been using GrubHub for years I’ve been using GrubHub for years, and I find it just as compatible as Uber eats if not, it’s more efficient. I’m not having very many issues with GrubHub itself versus some of the restaurants I’ve ordered from. The couple times I’ve had discrepancies GrubHub has made it right.

We only got half of our order We only got half of our order delivered, and the customer service agent wouldn’t give us a refund big enough to compensate the service fees. We lost money re-ordering what was missing from our order. It’s two hours later and we’re still waiting for part of our order to get delivered. The restaurant worker confirmed she had the whole order at the restaurant and ready to get picked up after it was placed. We tipped ahead of time and have no way of taking away the tip for the driver and now have to re-tip another driver to bring the rest of our original order. Will never use GrubHub again after today.

Fast and easy Fast and easy! Ordering is never a problem and I love how some fees are waived! I can give more and support local drivers! Now the restaurants getting the order exact is a whole other ball game. Truly a toss up.

It's a Win-Win-Win Situation! I like Grubhub to order from because they have more vendors to choose from, their drivers actually 'read' the notes the customer leaves, and I get the Amazon discount. A win-win-win situation! Thanks Grubhub!
