GBDead lobsters for Father’s Day, Ordered lobsters for father’s day. Maine lobster now did not include the apartment number. FedEx called them when they couldn’t deliver and were given the apartment number. FedEx could not redeliver that same day. When the package arrived, my father received dead lobsters for father’s day. Customer service was extremely rude. They refused to take responsibility. Don’t order from them. If something goes wrong, they won’t do anything

GBCraving Lobsters in Key West! We are quarantined at home in a Key West, FL and were craving New England lobsters. We were overwhelmed by the outstanding seafood! Delivery was for Friday date night and arrived exactly on time, everything was frozen cold and the lobsters were lively! We ordered 4-1.25 lb lobsters, 2 lbs haddock and 2 chowders. Lobsters were perfect size, hard shells and packed with meat. It was such a special treat, exceeding our expectations and we will definitely order again soon!

GBHalf the time some of my lobsters… Half the time some of my lobsters arrive dead and you are only reimbursed for the lobster not the Ins or packaging so you end paying almost 40 dollars per lobster. Plus it really screws up your special occasion UPDATE--leaky freezer bags probably killed the lobster. Lobster Now and myself did reach a monetary agreement. I will give them another try.

GBTerrible customer service I have ordered from company before with no issues. But today I had ordered 2 lobster kits for a special dinner and only received 1. Called customer service number at 2:41pm Thursday, the day of delivery. At first the recording said closed. Called back, picked sales, talked with a person who indicated that I needed to email the issue. Ending up speaking with Operations Mgr/ Customer Service Mgr Randall. He indicated that I needed to do the same thing. Seriously, what kind of messed up customer service is that? He should have handled the situation. I will find another supplier from now on. Requested refund, still waiting for refund email 30 minutes later!

GBDishonest Business -- Do not use This company is extremely dishonest and not deserving of your business. They overcharged my credit card after falsely advertising their pricing and refused to make it right. Of course I found out after they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. I wish I had checked that beforehand. Stay away.
