Olive Garden in Cookeville We went to Olive Garden in Cookeville, Tn just before 5pm on Friday February 16, 2024 and was surprised to find the waiting area crowded with a wait. After waiting a few minutes we were seated at a small table near other tables. We asked for a booth because of my hearing impairment and were told we would have to go back in waiting, even though there were many booths in front of us never used the whole time we were there. I was surprised that this request was denied. The food and service was good.

Poor quality food We wanted to finish out our special day at Olive Garden. Salad delivered - no silverware - asked for some and several minutes later they were delivered - however no bread. Dinner - chicken parm - cheese on the top was black - burned! The chicken marsala - no flavor - tasted like olive oil and butter. Very disappointing.

My wife and I ordered chicken & shrimp… My wife and I ordered chicken & shrimp today normally it's really good we pick the food up around 1122. After eating the meal we both had the diaria not sure what happen but we thought we'd pass this information along to Olvie Garden so they can check their food for contamination.

Best Waiter Ever is there at Olive Garden,Duncanville, Tx. on Cockrell Hill. Hello My name is Gretchen Watts I took My Daughter Kadorian out to have lunch at Olive Garden on Today 03-29. She had a Taste for the Great Salad. Our Waiter came and Introduced Himself, Hi My Name is Desmond B. He was the Best Waiter I,ve ever had when going out to eat. He was so Courteous, Nice and always checking to make sure We where okay.Never had to look or ask where He was. Need more Waiters/ Waitresses like Him. Job Well Done Desmond!!! Need a Really Good Waiter when going to Olive Garden request Desmond B. He is the BEST.

It's a HORRIBLE place to eat It's a HORRIBLE place to eat, I literally got sick and food poisoned, the quality of food is extremely bad, lack of love and real passion to make food, it's really commercial and just care about making money. I will never put a foot in this place anymore. If you've ever went to Italy you will see this is a joke pasta, it's not authentic. So disappointed.
