Olive Garden in Cookeville We went to Olive Garden in Cookeville, Tn just before 5pm on Friday February 16, 2024 and was surprised to find the waiting area crowded with a wait. After waiting a few minutes we were seated at a small table near other tables. We asked for a booth because of my hearing impairment and were told we would have to go back in waiting, even though there were many booths in front of us never used the whole time we were there. I was surprised that this request was denied. The food and service was good.

Doughy breadsticks & higher prices Used to look forward to the breadsticks, but the apparent change in the recipe has made them almost inedible. Seems like eating raw dough (even when put through the “baking” process several times.). That along with the higher prices have put any future visits very questionable. It’s a shame because we used to enjoy our times there and have purchased multiple gift cards for others. Sadly, no more.

Salty and sodium laced unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. Attleboro, Massachusetts location: I received a gift card for Christmas and I was looking forward to unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The salad was dripping in a nasty dressing so oily and salty it was impossible to enjoy, the breadsticks were much to salty and although the minestrone soup was good, it was also salty. I was very disappointed that the minestrone was the only vegetarian option for soup.

This place has gone downhill This place has gone downhill, its terrible now. I cant imagine no ones ever been there, but if you have not you are lucky, stay that way. If you have been there you will know what i am talking about. Cold breadsticks and warm salad. A mentally challenged high school kid could get that one correct. Quality in taste, pasta was so overcooked i couldnt get half way through entre, it was so overcooked or just old, like when pasta been sitting out for an hour, it was mush! Soap cold too? Soup is like coffee, its a no brainer, serve it hot! Dont even get me started on the little things too like not including silverware when requested or even when requested and included forgetting napkins. Some people dont believe in tipping when they pick up food. I always overtip. So i tip and still have to make drive to store to buy silverware because ours was packed, which is why if they are going to have option, place check in box if you want silverware, how do you screw that up???

First off people were polite but first… First off people were polite but first drink came in a dirty glass, then side plates for salad were dirty. We ordered food and when it came two of the three entrees were dried out and tuff to chew. Management arranged for replacement of one. And last but not least on the way to restroom the floor was dirty and there was toilet paper on the floor of restroom and it could b have been cleaner.
