GBSimply poor in every way Who remembers when you could go to McDonald’s, walk up to the counter, place your order. They would turn around grab your burger, grab your nice crisp salted fries and make your drink, and you would be at your seat or out the door in under two minutes with a great tasting great value meal? Them days are loooong gone. Now days it’s well overpriced, tasteless burgers that have just been thrown together in a box, with unsalted , limp , sometimes soggy fries that you have to wait 10 minutes to be made, or asked to park and wait if you use a drive through. And if you order for delivery through their own app don’t expect correct or hot food McDonald’s has lost its character, identity, value and no longer cares for customer experience. Looking at all the other reviews I’m not alone in my opinion.

GBI placed an order on March 7th I placed an order on March 7th, for Mcdelivery, time kept extending to which I had to cancel my order after waiting for 1 1/2. Uber eats said they refunded me and should receive it within 7-10 days. Its been a month and still no refund. I call McDonald's Corporate and they automatically transfer me back to uber eats. McDonald's doesn't take responsibility for nothing being placed on their app. And uber eats says after 10 days, it falls on McDonalds. Going in a circle has me frustrated so I'm disputing it with my bank to get my money back.

GBMcDonald’s in Coleraine slowest drive… McDonald’s in Coleraine slowest drive through ever & order mixed up again !!!! & asked for no cheese & got cheese girl taking orders in the inside lane very rude & not listening had to repeat my order 3 times & she still go it wrong !!! 13/4/24 14:30 pm !!!

GBOrdered from the screen and waited… Ordered from the screen and waited quite a while to see my order was ready! I went straight to the counter when my order was called and waited a good 10 minutes until I got angry and asked staff where my order was - I was totally ignored. Asked a man who was ‘looking after’ customers and their tables and he looked at me blankly. The staff were sorting the Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers with priority too. Awful experience.

GBCold food Food was cold and there were no soft drinks for the meal deal, this has happened a few times now with cold food ,limp greasy chips, are these meals returns from uberdrivers
